1️⃣ What is the SIRI Assessment?
SIRI = Smart Industry Readiness Index
It is a global tool developed by the Singapore Economic Development Board in collaboration with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey and TÜV SÜD, designed to evaluate how mature industrial facilities are in implementing Industry 4.0 concepts.
2️⃣ Why is SIRI Important?
SIRI is used by the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) to assess the readiness of factories applying for digital transformation programs.
It helps create a well-structured development roadmap aligned with global standards.
It facilitates access to industrial financing and incentive programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
3️⃣ What Does the SIRI Assessment Cover?
It includes three main dimensions:
✅ Operations
✅ Technology
✅ Organization
These are analyzed through 16 key assessment areas, including:

Training & Skill Development
4️⃣ How Is the Assessment Conducted?
Through workshops led by a certified SIRI Assessor.

A detailed report is generated outlining the current maturity level and recommendations.
The factory’s Digital Maturity Level is rated on a scale from 0 to 5.
5️⃣ How Does SIRI Help with Industrial Funding?
🔹 The SIDF requires a SIRI assessment for factories seeking funding for digital transformation or expansion projects.
